We offer quality show secretary services at affordable rates for specialty clubs. Our organization has over 12 years experience as a show secretary service and over 35 years experience in showing dogs. We offer your specialty club everything from setting up the premium list to submitting the final paperwork to AKC. We can offer low rates based on two very important motivations. First, we have available state of the art equipment for data collection and publishing. And, second, we have a sincere love of the sport of showing dogs!

We can:

  1. Create, publish and distribute your premium list
  2. Accept entries, including on-line and fax entries (Visa/MasterCard/American Express)
  3. Create, publish and distribute your show's judging schedule
  4. Create, publish and distribute your show's catalog
  5. Prepare the paperwork needed for the day of show activities, including judges' books
  6. Be in attendance during the entire show
  7. Complete the paperwork needed to wrap up your show with AKC
  8. We are able to serve you in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona
  9. Plus, many more services such as ribbons and trophies.
